If you haven’t received your P2P transfer, you’ll need to contact the sender. If they have concerns the sender will need to contact us directly by emailing support@winningpokernetwork.com.
For security, new accounts cannot send or receive money via P2P transfer for the first 24 hours after they are created.
You must wait 72 hours after the transfer and generate at least 10% rake revenue of the amount of the transfer before cashing out. Once the 10% has cleared, you may request a payout.

P2P limits may vary from account to account. You can see your current limits in the P2P Transfer Tab in your account. You can request a limit increase on your Player to Player Transfer: Go to the poker client Click on My Account Then click P2P Transfers Finally go to the Limit Request Tab
