MoneyGram deposits made for an incorrect amount are usually rejected, but if the deposit was made in the past 48 hours, we can still resubmit the transaction with the new amount. If it has been less than 48 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the receipt showing the sender's name, receiver's name and the control number. Be sure to write to us from your registered email address. If you sent your funds more than 48 hours ago, you’ll need to cancel the deposit request and process a new deposit for the correct amount.
If you deposited the incorrect amount then please contact email@example.com from your registered email address.
You should wait patiently for your transaction to be processed. For a crypto deposit to be processed, it must first be verified by miners. This can take some time depending on demand. If you are using Bitcoin, you can visit Blockchain.com to see how many miners have confirmed your transactions. We require seven confirmations before processing a bitcoin transaction.
If you sent the incorrect amount of Bitcoin or any other crypto, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address.
