Be sure to write to us from your registered email address. If you sent your funds more than 48 hours ago, you’ll need to cancel the deposit request and process a new deposit for the correct amount.

You should wait patiently for your transaction to be processed.  For a crypto deposit to be processed, it must first be verified by miners. This can take some time depending on demand. If you are using Bitcoin, you can visit Blockchain.com to see how many miners have confirmed your transactions. We require seven confirmations before processing a bitcoin transaction.
