Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password. It’s easy to reset.

1. Launch the poker client and click Forgot on the Log In screen.
2. When the dialogue box appears, enter the email address that’s linked to your poker account.
3. Make sure you click on the box beside I’m not a robot. You’ll need to complete the quick captcha test to prove you’re human.
4. When you’re done, click submit.
5. Next, check your email and open the message we just sent you.
6. Then click on the link to reset your password. If you don’t see our email, check your spam or junk folder.
7. When the reset password window appears, enter your new password.  Keep in mind that your password must meet our length and character requirements. Don’t forget to reenter your password to confirm you typed it as intended.
8. Finally, click submit and your password will be reset.
