Where can I find my balance?

If your account is suspended and you don't know why, please contact Customer Support. They will let you know the reason for the suspension and what you can do to remove it.
To access your financial history follow these steps: Click the red 'My Account' button in the lobby. Next click on the 'Financial History' tab. Your financial history will appear in a new window. You can apply various filters to find exactly what you're looking for.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the currency of your account. Our poker client uses US Dollars, as all our cash games and tournaments operate in that currency.
Unfortunately, you can’t view how much rake you’ve generated directly in the poker client. However, our support can provide this information. Just contact Customer Support with your rake generation request. Be sure to include your nickname, registered email, and timeframe for rake generation.
