Ethereum deposits can vary in duration depending on the time required for the crypto wallet to send the transaction, the waiting time for the transaction to be introduced into the Ethereum network, and the time necessary to accumulate 7 confirmations. This can take as little as 10 minutes and as long as a few hours. We recommend checking your wallet to see if the transaction is listed as pending or sent. If the status is sent, your Ethereum still hasn’t left your wallet. When it is listed as ‘sent’ you can then look the status on the amount of confirmed transactions on the Ethereum network by visiting here. Paste the receiver address (the address from the poker client) into the search box. It will display if the transaction is in process and how many confirmations the transaction has. If you see your transaction reflected but there are still not 6 confirmations, then please wait until there are and the money should then be reflected in your account. If your eWallet has been deducted and you don’t see the amount reflected in your poker balance then we’ll have a look at this right away. Please make sure you send us this email from the address that’s registered on your account. Once we’ve received the information, please allow us 24-48 hours to contact the processor and have your transaction processed.
Credit card refunds can take up to 90 days to be reflected on your account and depend on your card issuer. It's a good idea to check directly with your credit card company to learn about refund timelines.

If you deposited to a different address but used the same coin, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with how much you sent and what address you used. Our team can make a one-time exception and apply your deposit. However, if you sent a different coin, there’s nothing we can do on our end.
Ordinarily Player to Player transfers take from 15 to 20 minutes to be approved, as all transfers are subject to review. If it’s been more than 20 minutes please send an email to email@example.com and our support staff will look into this for you. Keep in mind that when sending a transfer, you need the recipient's table name rather than user name for the transfer to be approved. If you’re waiting to receive a transfer, keep in mind that for privacy and security reasons, only the sender can ask for information about a Player To Player transfer. Kindly ask the sender to contact us and we will gladly look into this further.
