MoneyGram deposits made for an incorrect amount are usually rejected, but if the deposit was made in the past 48 hours, we can still resubmit the transaction with the new amount. If it has been less than 48 hours, please email us at support@winningpokernetwork.com with a picture of the receipt showing the sender's name, receiver's name and the control number. Be sure to write to us from your registered email address. If you sent your funds more than 48 hours ago, you’ll need to cancel the deposit request and process a new deposit for the correct amount.

You should wait patiently for your transaction to be processed.  For a crypto deposit to be processed, it must first be verified by miners. This can take some time depending on demand. If you are using Bitcoin, you can visit Blockchain.com to see how many miners have confirmed your transactions. We require seven confirmations before processing a bitcoin transaction.

Why is my Ethereum deposit taking so long?

Ethereum deposits can vary in duration depending on the time required for the crypto wallet to send the transaction, the waiting time for the transaction to be introduced into the Ethereum network, and the time necessary to accumulate 7 confirmations. This can take as little as 10 minutes and as long as a few hours. We recommend checking your wallet to see if the transaction is listed as pending or sent. If the status is sent, your Ethereum still hasn’t left your wallet. When it is listed as ‘sent’ you can then look the status on the amount of confirmed transactions on the Ethereum network by visiting here. Paste the receiver address (the address from the poker client) into the search box.  It will display if the transaction is in process and how many confirmations the transaction has. If you see your transaction reflected but there are still not 6 confirmations, then please wait until there are and the money should then be reflected in your account. If you still need help, please use our contact form to get in touch with customer service.
