What is an MTT?

MTT stands for Multi-Table Tournament.  An MTT is a poker tournament with players filling multiple tables, as opposed to a single table tournament or sit and go, which both use a single table. In an MTT, tables are consolidated as players get eliminated.

Why hasn’t my sports bet been graded?

Please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll then email our sports department and look into this for you. In the email, include your username, Ticket ID of your bet and exactly what went wrong. Our department will review it and let you know of any corrections within 48 hours.

Can I get self-exclusion from sports betting?

Yes, you can. Please contact Customer Support and let them know if you want to temporarily or permanently disable your sportsbook access. Please note that if you choose to permanently disable your sportsbook access, there is no way to reverse the process. This is due to our Responsible Gaming policies.
