If you lost your check or wish to cancel a check that’s listed as “processing”, you’ll need to pay a $250 fee. This amount must be available in your poker account before we begin the process of stopping your check. If you wish to cancel your check and agree to pay this fee, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address to proceed.
If the status of your check is “pending” then you can cancel it for free from the poker client. Go to My Account Click Withdrawal Finally click on your account icon located above your balance and then click ''My History''. If the status of your check is ''Processing'' then your payment has already been sent to your address via a third party service. To cancel a payment that is “Processing”, we would need to manually intervene and a $250 fee will apply. Please contact email@example.com from your registered email address if you wish to cancel a check that’s “Processing”. Please note that the $250 must be in your account before we proceed.
Please note that the address where the check is going to be sent must match the address in your account. To change the address from the poker client: Access My Account Then click Withdraw Click Paper Check Finally select your account: Register New Receiver. Once you have done that, feel free to request your withdrawal again.
The free check option can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive and you are limited to one free check every 30 days. For faster service, we can send your check by courier, which takes 7-15 business days and costs $65.
If you're having trouble cashing your check, we can return the funds to your account. But first we'll need a letter from your bank explaining why you can't cash the check, or you'll need to send us a picture of the check with the word voided written across the front. You can email either of these items for our attention at firstname.lastname@example.org . After sending us the above items, our team will need 72 business hours to process your request.
