On average, player-to-player transfers take 10 minutes. On some occasions, player-to-player transfers can take as long as 2 hours if there is a high volume of transfers being requested.
Ordinarily Player to Player transfers take from 15 to 20 minutes to be approved, as all transfers are subject to review. If it’s been more than 20 minutes please send an email to email@example.com and our support staff will look into this for you. Keep in mind that when sending a transfer, you need the recipient's table name rather than user name for the transfer to be approved. If you’re waiting to receive a transfer, keep in mind that for privacy and security reasons, only the sender can ask for information about a Player To Player transfer. Kindly ask the sender to contact us and we will gladly look into this further.
Just follow these steps: 1) Click My Account at the bottom right of the client. 2) Click the P2P Transfer button. 3) Enter the screen name of the player you’re sending funds to. Remember, they must be a player at the same site (that means if they play on the Winning Poker Network but at a different site, it won’t work). 4) Enter the amount you want to transfer, keeping in mind your displayed limits. And if you want, include a few details in Notes. 5) Click Transfer to see a summary of what you’re about to do. 6) If everything looks good, click Confirm. Your transfer should show up under the Pending tab. And when the transfer’s done, which usually takes about 5 minutes, you’ll see the details under the Summary tab.
