If you haven’t received your P2P transfer, you’ll need to contact the sender. If they have concerns the sender will need to contact us directly by emailing support@winningpokernetwork.com.
Are there any restrictions for Player to Player (P2P) transfers on new accounts?
For security, new accounts cannot send or receive money via P2P transfer for the first 24 hours after they are created.
Can I withdraw funds from a P2P transfer?
You must wait 72 hours after the transfer and generate at least 10% rake revenue of the amount of the transfer before cashing out. Once the 10% has cleared, you may request a payout.
Am I eligible to receive a first time deposit bonus with a P2P transfer?
