Free checks typically take 6-8 weeks to arrive and FedEx checks ($65 fee) take 7-14 days to arrive. If it's already been 8 weeks since you requested your paper check or 15 days since you requested your FedEx check then please email support@winningpokernetwork.com . Be sure to include your player nickname, email registered to your poker account, type of check you requested and any other relevant details.
If you're having trouble cashing your check, we can return the funds to your account. But first we'll need a letter from your bank explaining why you can't cash the check, or you'll need to send us a picture of the check with the word voided written across the front. You can email either of these items for our attention at support@winningpokernetwork.com . After sending us the above items, our team will need 72 business hours to process your request.
1. Click My Account at the bottom right of the client. 2. Then, click the Withdraw button. 3. Select the Paper Check option. 4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Remember the minimum is $100 and the maximum is $3,000. Always make sure to confirm the home address listed. You can receive a free check every 30 days. If you want this option, click under the “Pay the Fees With” and select Free. The check will then be sent by regular mail. If you select Cash under “Pay the Fees With”, the check will be sent by FedEx and you will pay a $65 fee. 5. Select which option you want and click Confirm. 6. Then click Withdraw. Once complete, you will see a message saying ''Your Request Was Sent''.
