Where can I find the refunds for playing against bots?
As part of our Transparent and Verifiable Banned Account Policy, we publish a list of the accounts banned due to Bot usage and the amounts refunded to affected players. See the info here.
How do I report a bot?
If you have concerns about a specific player, please complete our Security Form and our team will investigate. Please note that it generally takes between 24 to 72 hours to get a resolution after we open a case, but our investigation may be extended in some circumstances.
Our program makes sure every player is of legal age and also gives you the option to self-exclude for a time period from our tables, sportsbook or casino.
