Can I reopen my Sportsbook access?

We’d be happy to allow you access to our Sportsbook again. However, we can only do so if you originally chose to temporarily disable your access and not permanently disable it. Why hasn’t my sports bet been graded?

Please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll then email our sports department and look into this for you. In the email, include your username, Ticket ID of your bet and exactly what went wrong. Our department will review it and let you know of any corrections within 48 hours.

Can I get self-exclusion from sports betting?

Yes, you can. Please contact Customer Support and let them know if you want to temporarily or permanently disable your sportsbook access. Please note that if you choose to permanently disable your sportsbook access, there is no way to reverse the process. This is due to our Responsible Gaming policies.
