How can I reset my password?

Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password. It’s easy to reset. Launch the poker client and click Forgot on the Log In screen. When the dialogue box appears, enter the email address that’s linked to your poker account. Make sure you click on the box beside I’m not a robot. You’ll need to complete the quick captcha test to prove you’re human. When you’re done, click submit. Next, check your email and open the message we just sent you. When logging in, I received a “Your ID or password is incorrect” message. How can I access my account?

If you can’t log into your account, here are a few things to try: Make sure your email address, which is your login ID, is written in lowercase letters. Note: The Poker King brand uses username rather than email address. Uncheck the Remember Password and Auto Login options on the login screen before entering your email address and password. Enter your login and password in a word document before pasting it directly into the poker client. This will eliminate the possibility of input errors.
