Yes, you can. Please contact Customer Support and let them know if you want to temporarily or permanently disable your Poker access. Please note that if you choose to permanently disable your Poker access, there is no way to reverse the process. This is due to our Responsible Gaming policies.
These are the documents we accept for account certification: A clear picture of the front side of your Driver’s License or Government Issued ID that clearly states your name and date of birth. A clear picture of a recent utility bill, showing your name and registered address, not older than three months. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, a bank statement will also work, as long it is not older than three months and clearly states your name and address. If you choose to send us a bank statement, you can black out your financial information. Alternatively, feel free to provide us a voided blank check that shows your name and address. Clear pictures of the credit/debit card(s) used on our site.
Don't worry if you can't remember your password. It's easy to reset. Launch the poker client and click Forgot on the Log In screen. When the dialogue box appears, enter the email address that's linked to your poker account. Make sure you click on the box beside I'm not a robot. You'll need to complete the quick captcha test to prove you're human. When you're done, click submit. Next, check your email and open the message we just sent you. Then click on the link to reset your password. If you don't see our email, check your spam or junk folder. When the reset password window appears, enter your new password. Keep in mind that your password must meet our length and character requirements. Don't forget to reenter your password to confirm you typed it as intended. Finally, click submit and your password will be reset. If you don't receive our password reset email please contact us by emailing Customer Support.
To access your financial history follow these steps: Click the red 'My Account' button in the lobby. Next click on the 'Financial History' tab. Your financial history will appear in a new window. You can apply various filters to find exactly what you're looking for.
Unfortunately, you can’t view how much rake you’ve generated directly in the poker client. However, our support can provide this information. Just contact Customer Support with your rake generation request. Be sure to include your nickname, registered email, and timeframe for rake generation.
We’d be happy to allow you access to our Poker section again. However, we can only do so if you originally chose to temporarily disable your access and not permanently disable it. This is due to our Responsible Gaming policies. If you requested a temporary ban and now want to change it, please contact Customer Support.
If you wish to close your account, please email Customer Support from the registered email address we have on file. When you send your request, please add your username and let us know if you want a temporary or permanent closure. Requests for temporary account closures should also let us know how long you want your account closed for. Keep in mind that permanent account closures are final. You won't be able to reopen your account or create a new account under any circumstance after your account is closed permanently.
