What documents do you accept for account certification?

These are the documents we accept for account certification: A clear picture of the front side of your Driver’s License or Government Issued ID that clearly states your name and date of birth. A clear picture of a recent utility bill, showing your name and registered address, not older than three months. How can I reset my password?

Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password. It’s easy to reset. Launch the poker client and click Forgot on the Log In screen. When the dialogue box appears, enter the email address that’s linked to your poker account. Make sure you click on the box beside I’m not a robot. You’ll need to complete the quick captcha test to prove you’re human. When you’re done, click submit. Next, check your email and open the message we just sent you.
