When calculating Rank Points, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, we always wait until the end of a tournament before calculating Rank Points (In tourneys, you will earn 5.5 Rank Points for each $1 USD paid in tournament fees). Second, we don't calculate Rank Points until the end of a cash game hand (In Cash Games, Rank Points are awarded at a rate of 5.5 RPs for each $1 you contribute to the rake). Kindly note that you will not earn any Rank Points by just folding hands during cash games. If you take these factors into consideration and still think your Rank Points are wrong, please email support@winningpokernetwork.com from your registered email account.
All bonuses for First Time Deposits should be automatically activated. This includes if you used Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. Please email support@winningpokernetwork.com from your registered email account to report this issue and our team will look into it.
Please take into consideration that bonuses are not upfront cash. In order to redeem your bonus, you will have to do the following: Access Rewards Click Bonuses, on the top of the client Finally go to My Account
